Red Box International continues in its endeavors to bring you the best in service and support and has recently done so by implementing a fantastic new database of sales enquiries. The sales enquiry system tracks all customer and local agents queries and allows Red Box sales staff to better respond to queries and questions. The system was developed by a database and web design company called 50BC (http://www.50bc.co.uk) at the request of Adrian Jackson (Sales Director) and is in use by all sales facing staff as of now. So far the system has been invaluable and could pave the way to many more improvements in the work flow of Red Box international. |
