Almost all units in this range are mains powered units, with the exception of the TC400/28C which is a battery unit.
The RBSC and RBPS range are specifically designed and built by Red Box to provide the cleanest possible DC power unit. The products range from 25 amps up to 300 amps (if you require more please refer to our RBC5000 TRU range). The units are able to switch between two voltages, set at 14V and 28V as standard, but you may have this set at different voltages on request.
The TC400/28C is a battery powered continuous power supply allowing continuous power for a limited time only. An amber beacon is fitted to indicate low voltage on the unit. By monitoring the voltage of the unit you can also use this unit to start the aircraft.

No Fuel, No Pollution, and No Noise
This unit is a high powered battery unit that can be used to produce continuous power. It can provide up to 110 amps for an hour, 55 amps for 2 hours, 27 amps for 3 hours etc. There is a light built into the unit that will flash when the unit needs to be charged. As long as the unit is not discharged too far it can also be used to start the aircraft. A voltmeter on the side of the unit will tell you what level the unit is at.
